How one prays reveals one’s views and expectations of God. For some, their personal view matches up well with what God actually makes known about Himself.

But what happens when one’s personal opinions are not in keeping with the reality of Who God truly is and the Lord’s own way of dealing with us? In this parable, Jesus shows us not all prayers are created equal…some are directed to exalting only oneself.
